      • - Trustee who will not change your co-ownership and who only does the bare minimum and often with errors or oversights...The cheapest certainly go your way

      • - As noted in another comment, he is content with evasive answers to the multiple questions asked of him, all while considering that he carries out his mission well, full of himself. Zero reactivity. Do not look for solutions to help the co-ownership.

      • - I wasted more money, energy and time hiring this rental agency than if I had taken care of my belongings myself. I entrusted them with the management of 2 studios with the results of more than 6,000 euros in unpaid rent, a very poor choice of tenants, damaged property, no corporate action if I did not harass them with emails, and more. I had to take over even though their mission was still in progress to discover that one of the two tenants has Alzheimer's. If I hadn't gone to see for myself, the situation would have remained the same for 6 months and who knows how it could have ended, with a building on fire perhaps? And all this has not even been resolved yet after months of discussions. Following their mismanagement, legal costs will follow and this without certainty of one day seeing the color of my rents. Really, I am extremely disappointed with this agency and I do not recommend it to anyone. Run away.

      • + Great real estate agency, staff very attentive to customers take the time to answer all your questions and do not make promises that cannot be kept. I highly recommend this real estate agency to 💯/💯

      • - A real disaster. I bought my home a year ago, sold by this agency. It's one thing that the staff isn't very good at selling. They do not make you want to buy, do not know how to sell their property correctly, lack dynamism... this is not serious in itself (although, given the price paid by the seller of the property, we can expect better... but in this case it wasn't my problem). A first visit was planned. But the agency had forgotten to notify the tenants, which led to the cancellation of the visits planned for that day, which were later painfully rescheduled. The online ad included only one photo of the property. In short, lack of seriousness! On the other hand, questionable commercial practices are something else. The property that was sold to me was supposedly electricity compliant until 2037. However, compliance had actually expired in 2014. No obligation to sell a compliant property, obviously. On the other hand, to pretend that it still was when that was no longer the case is a lie. Likewise, the PEB was D. I carried out an audit to renovate my home. The actual PEB is F. The measurements indicated were false, the insulation thicknesses had clearly not been measured,... certainly it was not the agency which made this estimate. But it was she who called on an unscrupulous service provider. In short, to avoid absolutely.
