Dishonesty, gross incompetence and lack of professionalism. Already at first glance, I called for a rental, and there, it was the craziest conversation I had since the beginning of my research. For a two bedroom house with more than 80m2, I can have a dog but not a child because there wouldn't be enough room for their toys?? Do I have a lot of furniture? If I have a 5 door wardrobe it won't work?? I was surprised that she sold this property to me so badly, almost ready to devalue it to dissuade me from visiting it.
Despite all this, I insist on getting a visit. She tells me that 2 people are already going to visit her and that one of them is sure to take her. I insist again and get a visit the next day from these 2 people.
Arriving on the eve of my visit, as I suspected, this lady calls me to tell me that there is no point in coming the next day to visit, the property is already rented.
So I told him that it all seemed very fishy to me, I asked if the owner was aware of all the applications before making his decision. I also pulled the wool over her eyes by telling her that it was obvious that she had put her friends before everyone else to rent this property (a pretty house with a garden, at a very reasonable rent). She started to stutter as she admitted, quote, ''no, they're not friends! This is knowledge! Actually no ! I don't know these people! ''
Not very moral or honest all that.
Agency to avoid at all costs.

Very good agency sold within 15 days at the evaluation price which is not always the case while others evaluate the property higher to have the mandate and subsequently they say that the situation is not good to reduce the price ...thanks to Madame Pirlet

Uncompetent and unreliable customer service!! 3 postponed visits only to end up getting hung up on like a freak!! No professionalism! No respect for customers!! Absolutely avoided!!

We bought our house through this agency. We confirm them. Very interested when it comes to receiving money...much less applied when it comes to drafting a correct compromise and without obvious mistakes (hasty recycling of previous contract; error on date of birth, presence /absence of gas tank, spelling etc.). Do not hesitate to call back 7 times to ensure that the deposit is paid but do not take the time to carry out the necessary procedures on your behalf. Whereupon, we placed the 10% in our notary's account and not his...we corrected the documents ourselves. She did everything to discourage the seller and block us (we were supposedly going to die at the age of 30 and the seller was not going to be able to benefit from the insurance provided by the agency...she went so far as to do pretending to call his lawyer in front of us...). Avoid if possible...the sellers regretted it too!
