      • - I had to contact them 3 times to be able to visit a property. Each time, I was going to be called back, which was not the case. Then, I never received the promised documents by email despite a telephone call back. Agency to flee.

      • - Lack of professionalism, the agent in charge of my visit did not show up at the scheduled time and date, no news from them and impossibility of contacting anyone. And what do I see to my great surprise? The property was rented without my knowledge. I can hear that they are very busy but they are not the only ones, blocking an afternoon and burning a quarter full to finally wait 30 minutes in front of a rented apartment, it is a cruel lack of respect and consideration for their part. I strongly advise against it. Have a good day nonetheless.
