Vanuit de Molenstraat in het centrum van Aalst, zijn wij actief in de verzorging van verkoop en verhuur van woningen, appartementen, gronden, opbrengsteigendommen, nieuwbouw, kantoren,…en dit in gans het land.

      • + If you are going to sell your house these days, you are faced with a huge mountain of administrative hassle: collecting the right documents and certificates; posting inviting photos; drawing up sales agreements... These are just a few examples of the total requirements, which require a lot of time and patience, not to mention the massive guided tours for interested parties (often these include people who act like unguided projectiles, often only from curiosity, wanting to come and see your house at all times). We ultimately decided to hire a real estate agent. After a number of intake interviews, we chose "Immo Van Sande", because of their very correct and clear explanation of their way of working. During the sales period they were always easily approachable with regard to all our questions. They have a very professional approach, based on discretion, efficiency and reliability.
