Bought an apartment in Schilde last year through this real estate agent. At first she was very friendly, but when we could not meet the short deadline for the execution of the deed, she completely turned around and we only had 10 minutes to view the apartment a second time.
After receiving the keys, we saw that the previous owner had forgotten everything in the basement and we wrote to the real estate agent (all communication had to go through them), but we simply did not receive an answer to this. A second email a few weeks later also remained unanswered to date.
