Simply put - I didn't know that real estate agents could be as amazing as Audrey. She is a SAINT. First off - she responded so quickly to my initial inquiry. Then, because I'm in Canada - traveled to the house to take a video (set to music) and sent that along. Anything I asked of Audrey was done happily, efficiently, and quickly. My husband's NATO contract took forever to be sent (and we had to wait for that in order to sign a lease) and there is no doubt in my mind that if Audrey hadn't been our agent, that we would not have gotten that house. She encouraged the owner to be patient while encouraging us that it would all work out. If that wasn't enough, Audrey recently took an hour out of her day to go to the house to accept a mattress for us so that we wouldn't be sleeping on the floor when we arrived. I, myself, work as an agent (for authors, celebrities, etc.) and Audrey has inspired me to be better at my job. She is incredible!

After searching for a new home in the Druivenstreek for a very long time, we finally found our dream house in Overijse. Karine van Meerbeek of ImmoFerco was of great help, from the visit and making the initial deal until the handing over of the keys. I would like to highlight that Karine went the extra mile in facilitating that the actual contract was signed without any delays when time was of the essence. All communication was correct, clear, timely, and friendly. I cannot think of anything that could have been done better.

Emmanuel is very professional and helpful. He knows the apartment very well and made sure to show us absolutely everything as he taught us a lot about the practicality of the place. We would definitely be more than happy to continue working with him on this apartment, hopefully.
