      • - A few months ago I sent an email about an apartment I was interested in. After a week of no answer, I called for the apartment. I introduced myself politely and told them why I was calling, it was simply imposed without saying anything. A day later it was stated online that the apartment had been rented. Then just say that, or say that it is not convenient if I call, but just hang up without saying anything!! Scandalous!

      • - Viewing the apartment a few years ago went well, nice lady. However, afterwards the neighborhood turned out to be very noisy, the 'dead end' street that was prominently advertised with 'peace guaranteed' turned out not to be so quiet at all, because the municipal company turned out to be further down the dead end street. Trucks in the street all day long. He/she refused to admit that this was stated in the advertisement. For me it was about the principle, but they used all sorts of things to come up with reasons why I was having a hard time about it. (Later they did it again at a building next door) As if we wanted to leave (we didn't want to) and avoid an early fine. All in all, there was no way to communicate with this man to get an apology for the incorrect advertisement. I'll skip Debacko on my next viewing.
