Every time you find a house/apartment in the advertisements of Immo de Prins you have to fill in a form + provide a copy of your ID, but after that you won't hear anything from them again. False promises.

Called to rent a garage but this had already been discussed despite it not being on the site. I let it be known that I was interested in a garage in this area. Despite the promise to contact me, this has not happened at another garage that has become vacant. The garage I was interested in is still in option while a month has already passed. So not really reliable. A nice and clear site.
