    Al meer dan 10 jaar is Immo Clicking je vastgoedmakelaar in de Noordrand en Brussel. Het immobilienkantoor is gekend voor haar uitmuntende service op het vlak van de verkoop, verhuur en beheer van woningen, villa's, appartementen, lofts en gronden. Samen doen we het heel graag "clicken".

      • - I have been out of the property more than 8 months adn i still do not have the bond back , I did everything they asked for at the exit including sanding adn varnishing the floor that was is a horrible state when i moved in with nails pertrubing and a kitchen with cupboards falling off. I even agreed to move early so they could do works between tenants and they are trying to penalise me a months rent as well. This is not reasonable.

      • - Attention TENANTS: do not trust the saleswomen. They will offer you to sign a contract which protects the owner even more. Have it reviewed by a lawyer (€60) to have a fairer contract or looked for a contract model in inter. Never accept experts to carry out the inventory they offer you. Are scams Favor of the owner and they do not follow the established rules.

      • + I have worked with Ilse and her team several times. Both for rental and sale. Always very professional, but in a warm human way. With empathy for the different parties, the right guidance, and a flawless finish of every file. Highly recommended in a market where trust is important for every party. 10/10 as far as I'm concerned
