Defends the owners well, ... therefore to be avoided as tenants especially when handing over the keys at the exit. Read the exit statement carefully before signing and take a photo before leaving because the document subsequently sent by email does not correspond to what was agreed on site (following pressure from the owner?)

As an owner you will be delighted, but as tenants be careful because you lose your 2 months rental guarantee for small details like dents in the bottom of the doors, the walls not perfectly repainted, the garden not mowed well enough for their fashion etc etc while the owner ultimately gained a fitted kitchen and bathroom furniture in perfect condition! Always a good understanding with the owner, rent paid on time, the house is absolutely not damaged anywhere, everything is intact!!!! It is shameful
