A year ago I bought a house on Predikherenhoevestraat in Reet through House B.
My experience with House B has been nothing but positive from the first contact until the purchase of the house.
During the visit she was friendly and informative and was able to answer all my questions.
Personally, I think I am an insecure buyer, especially since it was my first purchase in Belgium. She was always available by telephone for the most diverse questions that in retrospect were not always intended for her and if she was not available, she always called back the same day.
During the submission of the offer until the day I signed with the notary, she always kept me informed by email or telephone.
Over time I will probably want to rent/sell my house and when the time comes I will certainly do that through House B.
Thank you for the good care! on the right track
Best regards,
Bryan Jansen

Sells something while not answering emails, messages, ...
Does not ensure that the correct documents reach the notary.
When the notary tries to reach her she doesn't even answer, while this is literally the job of a real estate agent.
If you ask her about her flaws, she answers very evasively. It's her job to be informed so she can answer questions and it's her duty to report things when people ask.
I have been in contact with many real estate agents during my search for a home, but I have never been in contact with a real estate agent who is so little aware of her own job. If you ever want to buy something, I would really advise against doing business with this. The chance that you will ever make a good purchase here is small, just because of the time and effort you will have to put into the purchase. IF you ever want to buy here, I strongly advise you to DEFINITELY NOT use the same notary as the seller, even though she will try to force this.
