      • - My intention is to buy a house and I also asked Homeconsult. I get emails from this agency (with offers of nice, well located houses at fair prices). I answer them immediately that I want an appointment to visit them, I even call them, but after a few hours I receive an email that they have no available places to visit and that they put me on the waiting list in case after the first visits the house is not already sold. Of course I don't get another message after that. Misleading a client that you have houses for sale and then that you have no available places to view, seems to me disrespectful to a potential client. Don't you think of the harm you do to clients when you send them beautiful houses for sale and they can't even visit because you already have other clients for those houses?

      • + Home Consult handled the full process of tenant change for our house in Tervuren while we were living abroad. We have to say that the team of Koen, the owner of the Company, did a fantastic job. Due to COVID all had to be done virtually. We were always kept informed of the progress for the exit, renovation and entry process. Via FaceTime we could ‚virtually visit‘ our house at each step and were offered to join relevant meetings if we wanted to. Unforeseen challenges (e.g. unreasonable price quotes of suppliers) were handled with a high level of agility. The whole team was very responsive via mail, text, phone and the owner personally checked in to see if progress was achieved. Overall Home Consult can be fully trusted and we very much appreciated the accountability of the whole team working at this privately owned company. Specifically in the current COVID situation they have been representing me as the owner very well in all aspect of managing our property.

      • + We didn't finalize the renting but i have to say that it's the BEST agency in the whole region so far. Dirk de Vos is exactly what we expect from a real estate agent : efficient, available, diligent and really friendly. (plus he speaks 3 languages) PS : Expats please don't waste your time in other agencies, this one is the best !
