Correction I am not an intermediary.
I am the owner and my house is not 1.4M.
Go invest contact me several times for the sale of my house. On my immoweb add it says NO AGENCY. The last conversation was very unpleasant and insulting with the manager who cannot stand negotiation.
Indeed after several calls and insistence I finally offered a 10k commission which was accepted on the phone.
I wasn't offended, I simply asked why the response was positive and later negative? Response from the manager;
“We don’t negotiate with carpet merchants for peanuts.”
It would have been smarter on the part of the manager to start by introducing this and responding to me courteously to possibly reach an agreement.

6th email that I received from this agency for the sale of my property even though it is indicated that I do not wish to go through an agency and that I have already sent two courteous emails to let them know that I was not not interested in their services.
Update following your response: I received an email from you again this morning despite my emails asking you to stop, a complaint will therefore be filed with the IPI for harassment.
