Very unprofessional! We visited an apartment we really like on a Friday and submitted the application, they told us we would receive feedback few days later around Wednesday. Next Thursday we called (first you have to chase them because they don't pick up) and they started to buy time with excuses. On Friday we called again saying we urgently needed feedback and they ask for our names and email addresses to check.. And they disappeared. Never received any feedback. Nice work!

Very "professional" service.
Thank you to Mr. Noppe for his always very personalized welcome, his seriousness and his skills in following up on files. Very attentive to the choice of tenants offered to customers and very complete application files.
Thanks also to Olivier Gillart for his enthusiasm and availability.
Always a pleasure to work with them.

Our experience as acquirers has been outrageous.
We had to undergo totally illegal auctions to obtain our property.
We were clearly in a weak position because we had a crush on the property and we therefore had no choice but to enter into the game of illegal bidding that Go Immo made us suffer.
We were thus tricked into increasing the purchase price by €15,000 without any certainty that there was indeed someone bidding on the other side, which is why auctions are normally only via notary.
If you are buyers, go your way unless really like us you must have THIS good and not another.

Experience with Olivier on the side of the acquirer.
Very warm welcome, very nice and very neat service. He spends a lot of time on files.
A downside nevertheless due to a belatedly controlled oil tank which will have shaken the procedure for 3 weeks (on a file of 4 months).
I have no doubt that they will change their procedure in the right direction...
Goodbye!
