      • + 4* is a provisional score. Rented a room from Eurimmo for 3 years. Nice, clean, well located room just next to the office. Friendly people in the office. Waiting time for settlement is always quite long. After graduation, the room is now returned clean and awaiting final settlement + refund of deposit. If this is done correctly and seamlessly, I will correct it to 5*. We are now some time later and everything was handled correctly. And so now 5 stars. Thank you Eurimmo for the wonderful period in Ghent. It was an unforgettable time thanks to the great experience with you as a landlord. See you later..

      • + I have been enjoying Eurimmo's service with full satisfaction for three years now. The rooms are well maintained, the team responds quickly and efficiently to questions and resolves any problems as quickly as possible. The office staff is not only friendly, but is also open to all my questions (related to subletting rooms, rising energy prices, heating problems,...). The contract conditions are clear and reasonable (room parties are allowed to a limited extent if the roommates are informed :)). As a bonus, you will receive nice extras when you renew your contract, such as a stylish tote bag. In short, an absolute must for those looking for comfortable living with excellent service.

      • + Eurrimo is definitely my go-to place when it comes to room rental! I've been staying at one of their properties for a while now and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The rooms are spacious, well maintained and nicely decorated. What I appreciate most is the fact that the Eurimmo team is always available for questions and maintenance requests. They are quick and efficient in solving any problems. I can wholeheartedly recommend Eurrimo to other students who are looking for quality rooms with excellent service.

      • + It is now my second year in a room at Eurimmo and I am really very happy. When we call because something technical needs to be done, they arrange this as quickly as possible. When I went to the office to extend the contract, the employees were very friendly, you even get a free tote bag with gadgets for students. The rooms are also in good condition, you can see that they care about the students!
