    EST8 is a tale of passion. Passion for real estate on one hand and passion for people on the other. And it was precisely this combination that brought Jochen Vlaminckx and Linda Decock together for the first time in 2008. It quickly became evident that both real estate agents had the same goal in mind: to make people happy. Not just each other, but ideally everyone in their broad surroundings. By connecting the right people with the right location, they aim to contribute to a carefree future for each of them. Since the establishment of EST8 in 2016, countless individuals, couples, and families have found a new home thanks to their tireless dedication.

      • + We have had a very nice experience with Est8. The first apartment we visited with Amber went very smoothly. We received a very quick and friendly response to all our questions. The apartment that we eventually bought went through Nathalie. It is clear that Nathalie loves her job and does it well. We have always been helped with a smile and in a very professional manner. Nathalie took her time to help us and answer all our questions correctly. She also managed to speed up the compromise, so that we could also sign it in time. TOP! :-)
