    Sinds jaar en dag is de missie van ons kantoor onze klanten op een gedreven, correcte en reële manier bijstaan "als het tijd is voor een nieuw verhaal".

    Deze missie is gestart in 2001 als Govers Immobiliën. Om onze klanten nog meer van dienst te zijn, zijn we in 2005 toegetreden tot het internationale ERA netwerk. Govers Immobiliën werd dan ERA Govers Immobiliën.

    In 2014 heeft ERA beslist om het logo te veranderen. Voor ons ook een moment om na 14 jaar de naam van het kantoor aan te passen. Vanaf 2015 gaat het kantoor verder door het leven als ERA ImmoGO.

    We zijn vooral actief in de gemeentes Bree, Bocholt, Meeuwen-Gruitrode en Peer maar ook daarbuiten wensen we u graag bij te staan.

      • + We recently purchased a home through Era and were pleasantly surprised by the support and service we received from Era: from the very beginning of our search to the present (commissioning of the home), they were always ready, were communicative and the home was perfect. Delivered ! Recommended ... !

      • - We hired a real estate agent so that we would experience less stress with the sale of our house. Unfortunately, this has actually caused us more stress. Although we saw many good things about Era on social media, we did NOT experience this ourselves. If the house you're selling isn't perfect, they certainly won't put in as much work as you see on social media. We had to figure out everything ourselves and after a viewing there was never time for a discussion. We only heard what it had been like after a few days. (We often had to send a number of messages and call ourselves, otherwise we wouldn't hear anything). There were only viewings if we asked if there was any news and we had the impression that they only wanted to sell to investors so that they could buy the house again afterwards. sell / rent and therefore make a profit twice. People who came for the open house day and were interested heard nothing afterwards and incorrect information was given. Another house was even sold during OUR open house day. Lots of sweet talk and promises that turned out to be of no use. When we canceled our contract after 6 months, the broker wanted to drop the asking price by more than €20,000 at the last minute. When we said we didn't agree, the service became even worse than before. I will not recommend Era to anyone. Very unfortunate.

      • - Unfortunately, Google has to give me 1 star to post my review, I would have preferred to give 0! I definitely do not recommend Era Impact Bree!!!! My friend joined forces with them to sell her property to experience less stress during a period when she was suddenly faced with a major challenge and intervention due to her health. The promises were hopeful, but the reality was frustrating and extremely stressful, not at all what we had in mind. After six months of miscommunication, she was fortunately able to conclude the contract with the necessary strings attached. It's a no go!
