      • - TO FUIR ..... not professional During 3 years of rental the agency is not at all listening to the tenant, it tries to make you pay bills which are the responsibility of the owner and not the tenant (repair of the boiler) etc. The price of the incoming and outgoing inventory must be divided between the owner and the tenant, it is the law, given the large sum invoiced to the tenant, I have great doubts about this distribution. The icing on the cake comes at the end of the lease: the agency removes part of your deposit by charging you a FALSE statement of water consumption (normally included in the charges). Year 2020 covid where the two tenants were absent for 6 months (returned to their parents). there you go

      • - Why do you never answer the phone ??, When we have a problem in the building, what should we do? I called 2 months ago, after a week of calling I finally had a lady who said she was going to call me back and I'm still waiting !!! What is the point of having a trustee if he is absent for subscribers ??????????

      • - Not to recommend. Indeed, the quality of service is well below the prices charged. Another good example of an agency that takes advantage of Louvain-La-Neuve's very limited housing supply to increase its prices without offering the required quality of service. A multitude of works were promised for the entry into force of the lease. These were the condition for which we agreed to sign the lease. Only a small part was held since the kitchen was redone 3 months late with no relocation plan or compensation for the work. A door permeable to water and wind also had to be changed, but it never was. Significant waste water leaks (urine and others) took place for 4 days before the agency deigned to send an expert. And this despite several daily calls. And either, no rehousing plan, no compensation or cleaning were provided.

      • - Customer service down to earth. We lived for over 6 months with a bucket under the sink because it was clogged and the agency ignored any request. The only time action was taken was when water from the showers entered the rooms. I strongly advise against
