      • + I bought a new apartment in collaboration with the Delzelle company. Delivery took place according to the previously defined deadlines. Communication with the company went very well. The sharing of information regarding site monitoring was clear. I had the opportunity to visit the site as planned. The provisional reception went well - just a few small finishing works to be carried out. The materials are of good quality.

      • + I recommend, we had our apartment in less than two weeks. Céline is very friendly and still answers questions quite quickly. I would also like to point out that we are a mixed couple and we had our chance too so positive point no discrimination as we can sometimes see.

      • - Very bad experience with an agent for rental apartment in Braine le Comte. Disastrous service. - haughty person, looks down on people - always seems overwhelmed, rushed, in reaction - Responds 1 out of 3 times to emails and does not answer all questions - day of leaving the apartment: 30 minutes late, wrote the appointment time incorrectly - telephone only when she needs to, to ask that someone come and open it for her, she is surprised that she does not have the right key even though she was aware that the barrel was being changed and she had to take care of putting it back a safety barrel. - Does not warn you when visiting the apartment, contrary to what is agreed. She managed to re-rent it without having announced a single visit -No announcement of the rental of the property. After 4 requests, she sends the wrong link and still looks down on us by saying that she knows how to do her job. - Asked 5x if the property has been registered to get a response
