The lack of professionalism was astonishing.
The attitude and language used in front of a customer were not appropriate at all, because it seemed like we were bothering them, no consideration for the customer whatsoever.
Honestly I don't recommend it.

No consideration for the customer. To pay, that's fine, but to get companies to intervene when something goes wrong, they turn a deaf ear. It's still amazing !

AGENCY TO FLEE!!!!!!
We have been renting for 10 months in a disgusting apartment, we are waiting for work to have shutters for 10 months. Our shower has been broken on my partner for 4 months, they do nothing, they still haven't done anything. On the other hand, when we don't pay our rent, they know how to answer the email and intervene!!! In short, this agency protects owners and lets tenants live in deplorable conditions in housing that borders on unsanitary conditions. .

As long as you talk about finance it's fine, otherwise don't even respond to emails for other requests, when you're lucky enough to have someone on the phone, we assure you that they will call you back but nothing back. On the other hand, when you send an email to find out when you can pay an amount, you are sure to receive a return within 5 minutes
