Barkers... Move on!
As an individual, we put a property up for sale for which we specified "Agency no".
A certain Madame Geffard from the Godin Immobilier Company claimed that she was mandated by a buyer and paid by the latter to obtain a visit at the end of which she attempted to extort our consent for an exclusive sales contract at our expense. In short, a waste of time and unnecessary travel costs.
This incident will have had the merit of making natural selection: We will never use the services of Godin Immobilier

Did not bother to notify us of a change in the layout of the service premises of an apartment building. Lack of transparency towards the buyer and leads to additional connection costs. No satisfactory response to my request for clarification.

Real estate agent who comes to you and sells dreams: “we can sell for more to make future buyers pay our commission” ok let’s go! But when your property does not sell at the price they estimated, you are asked to lower your price, not their com ha no, only your selling price of course! Once again passes, but twice it becomes problematic, especially when the boss talks to you like nothing! Don't try to break the contract, they will encourage you to sell it yourself (without specifying that you signed so that they get their money whatever you do)
Finally their last request was to lower the price as well as their commission. But it is no longer the boss who negotiates, it is his employee.......
In short, for my part, a great waste of time, no results and little professionalism

As the seller of a small house, bad experience with Godin, I regret having trusted them!
They contacted me after seeing my Facebook ad.
To get my signature, they knew what to say! Quick sale at extravagant prices. Great promises coming from a convincing and very self-confident agent. So I signed for a 4 month sales contract.
Looking back, I realized that "the fine print" was not clearly explained by the seller, I had to carefully reread the contract to understand what I had really signed. Which weakened trust...
2 months later, 2nd call from the agency with the aim of reducing the price of my property. It seems that the price is too high but they are the ones who set this price in the first place.
I refuse again and kindly ask them to end the contract in order to regain the exclusivity of my house. The boss is expeditious, almost rude.
Since then, there have been no signs of life. They wasted my time!
