My Opinion: Me Maëlle, I have a very bad experience with this agency which has been with me, Deceitful, vicious and manipulative They have lost my trust forever. And by not buying from them, I avoided many problems. I strongly advise against it..

We had used this agency to sell an inherited property. This gentleman promised us nothing but wonders to find the buyer quickly. But, the reality has now proven itself after an offer accepted in July 2023, a Sales Agreement signed at the beginning of September 2023 and in January 2024 after 5 months of waiting, a credit refusal from the Bank supposedly that the buyer has too little equity. They have always postponed the deadline given to the Sales Agreement for outdated and unrealistic reasons and even without putting pressure on the buyer in writing.
As a result, we blocked the sale for 5 months, ultimately having been manipulated and abused on their part, they work for the buyers, giving them all the advantage and not for their customers who pay them and this is totally disrespectful. And, what's more, we had to follow up with them each time to follow up on the visits, and we never got any feedback from potential buyers.
When we wanted to call them by phone, they didn't answer and in most cases they didn't call us back either.
We do not in any way recommend this agency, which, in our eyes, is totally incompetent!!!
