We have been trying to reach this office for 4 days for an apartment that we are interested in. They cannot be reached by telephone and emails are not answered. You cannot find opening hours anywhere. I wonder if this office still functions! The most important thing in the real estate world is communication, which is not a priority here!! We were in discussions to buy a new house through their immo. We had to ask them 3 times to give us a list of the finishing materials and the appliances that they were planning to use for the house (it was still under construction).
We NEVER got the list and the third time they came back saying "There is another couple who is interested for the house without caring about the materials". And this happened while we were already in discussion to buy the house..
I guess it is too much to ask for a list of what you are paying for. Especially when you are going to spend half a million euros for this house.
Maybe because we are not Belgians and we came from Greece. Who knows?
Two stars because at least they spent some time to show us the building.
