Al bijna 7 jaar proberen wij met u een probleem met waterinfiltratie aan ons dak op te lossen. Je doet geen enkele moeite en werkt niet aan een oplossing nog ondanks dat je zeer veel hulp krijgt van mij. Het cilinderslot van onze voordeur is versleten en moet dringend vervangen worden en wij zijn ondertussen al ruim 2 maand verder. Je hebt van mij alle nodige info gekregen voor het bestellen van het sleutelsysteem maar helaas krijgen we van u geen oplossing!
Ik vrees dat mijn eigendom en dat ook van de anderen in gevaar is bij u!

Total lack of professionalism, phantom trustee, lack of communication, no responsiveness! Waiting for a GA since 2020! Unable to manage a large or small condominium! And so on! Basically we throw our money out the window :-(
To avoid absolutely, do not be fooled by its attractive offer, it is only wind!

This guy is completly disrespectful in the job he does. Lack of organization, lack of communication lack of transparency. Don't belive his promises he will not accomplish it. 13 euros a month for no service more than expensive. To avoid at all cost.
I hope this guy leaves our property but he doesnt want to..... Money, money, money... I really doubt this guy has an official certificate and if the case everyone should get it.
I hope 0 stars were existing...he deserves it
