Electrical problem during the stay. One of the devices is defective and blows up everything else. It takes a very long time for this to be resolved, it will take me a lot of calls, trips to the agency, appointments to finally get a replacement dishwasher. Not to mention the food which had to be thrown away due to the fact that everything jumped during the night. A pittance compensation received well after the stay (which I did not contest as I was so full). It wasn't a vacation.

Unfortunately, not very satisfied.......not a smiling welcome........no inventory on arrival and departure unlike other agencies, two small problems reported.....and response. ....we know.....the trustee is aware ????.......Moreover, statement received today....... Incredible........ .161 € (2 weeks) for a family composition identical to other years then billed at around 60€ maximum....explain to me why?

€200 in additional costs were withheld from the deposit for the Des Dunes apartment. 2 people 1 week. We only had heating in the bathroom and living room. Electricity only, light and coffee machine because we didn't cook. Once and never again!!!
