AGENCY TO FLEE. rental apartment residence coquette zeedijk from 27/10 to 03/11; heating broken 2X during the week: 17° in the living room and freezing shower! in return, asked for free cleaning. Refused on the grounds that I have to speak to the owner... on the phone, you are taken from one employee to another and then cut off the conversation. conclusion: I clean it myself (on my arrival, the apartment is not very clean) and that the LEROY agency does not dare to charge me €90 for cleaning when reimbursing my €250 deposit

A very bad organization! My parents were here for 2 weeks and everything was thoroughly cleaned before leaving. It was even cleaner than when they arrived! 2 months later they only receive a bill (after calling/emailing) stating that everything was very dirty! We had this ourselves a few years ago. You pay €90 cleaning costs and you can't claim anything against it. It's outrageous that this is possible and that they do this. Never again Leroy for our family! Tip: take photos or a video with date and time!

Studio rental West App 0806+P45. : state of cleanliness leaving something to be desired.
Clogged kitchen sink, we had to wash dishes in the bathroom. Agency notified on Saturday morning.... Monday it was still blocked. We had to re-wash the pans we wanted to use... Heating done by oil-bath radiator = very expensive and not visible in the agency's photos...... Very dirty toilet, repairs in progress (how long ago time?), no shower curtain, broken bathroom cabinet, dirty walls and ceiling (since when was the last coat of paint?)...... In short, very bad experience with this agency, unfriendly staff towards my wife. It's a shame because this studio is very well oriented and very well located!!!
