Hello.The sale of my house has now been completed for 2 months. So far everything had gone fairly well. I now live abroad and the readings on my electricity meter have still not been entered. About ten phone calls, the agency can never be reached. You leave a message, no one answers you. I leave a message on Mr. Ruffin's mailbox to explain the situation and ask to send me the statement so that I can close the situation myself.....Nothing is happening. done so far because I received a new email from my supplier today.
It's really a shame that once your commission has been received, the customer is left abandoned in a situation that I can no longer resolve given the distance. Too bad, this is the first time I've written this kind of comment.

I visited several apartments with this agency. I followed up several times by email and telephone in order to get feedback (negative or positive) and I never received anything, neither a call nor an email. I find this unacceptable and very unprofessional knowing that for my part I had given and completed all the requested forms
