A fantastic team with Alix who, through her listening skills and certainly her very good relationship with her landlord client, was able to find the solution and put our unusual and yet financially concrete file through. And even when Alix is absent for a few days on vacation, the file is monitored and taken over by another person who managed brilliantly to finish the administrative assembly of the file. A lot of sympathy and professionalism emerges from all this, and it feels good these days to feel treated like a real customer.
