      • + After a very pleasant chat by phone, they offered to tour the property on a date fitting into all agendas. We noticed their efforts to proceed at our best convenience and we have been provided with all the necessary details. Kristel and her team perfectly managed all facets of our queries. As my gf and I, both work in the service industry, we are very aware that it is wildly important to ensure that: (1) your clients have the necessary information to make informed decisions. And (2) that their expectations are established appropriately and met. No doubt that Immo pelsmaekers exceeded in both aspects!

      • + Slow to response - indicate they will call you back - then don't - employees are not permitted to share the mobile number on which you can actually contact the person responsible for the property - Will update / amend this review if they stick to their word and call me back this week. - Update: I've amended the scoring from 1-star to a 4-star review, although personally I still believe that in todays' market, the response time should be much faster from the broker & the fact that there was no opportunity provided for me to actually contact the responsible. However, I will still update to a 4-star review, as I would assume the workload is high on their end. Even if that should not be the clients concern.

      • + Very professional way of dealing with customers. I worked mostly with Mr Wim Stroobants and Ms Gerda Hauwaerts. Both are very helpful and professional. Being a first time home buyer I had questions, clarifications and some last minute corrections in paperwork. AP-P dealt with patience and helpful mindset. They are very experienced in real estate market and gives you the right guidance. I would highly recommend their service !
