Switched to Rencura Antwerp a few months ago. After bad experiences with another steward, clearly the right decision. Professional approach with smooth communication and follow-up. Michiel, Cynthia, thank you for the positive experience, looking forward to continuing to work with you on other projects.

I had an excellent experience with Michiel klippelaar. Very profession and responsive. Got things done on time and always sharp on appointments. ????????????

Very bad and unprofessional experience.
- At the time of the key handover, the Rencura person responsible for the building itself was present much too late, this was only communicated 5 minutes before the appointment.
- A high amount was paid for inventory, this was only forwarded to me after 8 months.
- there were no smoke detectors. After expressly and a lot of calling and emailing, this was all right. Unfortunately, it also had to wait 6 months for this.
- When moved in, the toilet seat, the tap and the fridge light were defective
- There was no cleaning when they moved in.
- there are still a lot of small things that were not in order, with which we as tenants were not properly helped.
