      • + We were looking for an apartment in Antwerp, and despite there being no suitable place for us in the building of our first choice, we were very kindly and generously helped for a beautiful apartment that became available a month later. Contact was always clear and smooth, it was arranged quickly and neatly. We really felt heard and supported. Very friendly and professional staff. Michiel in particular really listened to our wishes and arranged the perfect place for us. We were greatly saved by his extra arrangements! 10/10 recommended to rent through Rencura.

I had trouble filling out all the paperwork and therefore took a long time to get everything done. but I could go to Michiel for all my questions and he answered quickly via the app or e-mail. We now have a great apartment and are very happy! Thanks a lot for all the good care Michael!

      • - Very bad and unprofessional experience. - At the time of the key handover, the Rencura person responsible for the building itself was present much too late, this was only communicated 5 minutes before the appointment. - A high amount was paid for inventory, this was only forwarded to me after 8 months. - there were no smoke detectors. After expressly and a lot of calling and emailing, this was all right. Unfortunately, it also had to wait 6 months for this. - When moved in, the toilet seat, the tap and the fridge light were defective - There was no cleaning when they moved in. - there are still a lot of small things that were not in order, with which we as tenants were not properly helped.

      • - They should try to not scam their tenants and find competent employees with some conscience for a chance, If someone thinks to work with them, I wish them luck and to be water of their back because they will try to cheat you in any way possible, taking advantage of immigrants that don't speak the language, or of a global pandemic... Anything is a good opportunity for them to take advantage of you... That was our experience Answering to Rencura's excuses: Indeed you have answer me with the details, and the bills, and they do not cover all the deposit. I can explain here the whole situation if needed, but basically, one of your employees made an agreement with us, we will leave earlier the appartment, including one of my flatmates that wanted to stay until the end of the contract, so that you could make reparations and paint the appartment for the new tenants. In this agreement, he told us in the conditions that this won't affect our deposit in any way, and that it only will be considered the condition of the appartment when we left. However, in the email with the bill, half of our deposit is taken claiming that it is a fee for the finalisation of the contract and for payment of the months that we left earlier, which was the opposite of the conditions said by your employee. So I don't know how do you call this situation, but for me, your employee scammed us, making us agree to the deal he wanted but putting on the table conditions that he wasn't intending to keep, or that he couldn't keep, in any case, he acted in bad faith and all this was supervised by Rencura. So, yes, it is clear now, you tricked and scammed your tenants taking advantage of a global pandemy!
