      • - Whoever is responsible for renting rooms in the B/Kot dormitory is very irresponsible. I will be in Brugge in the spring semester of the 2023-2024 academic year. I sent my first message on the website of B/Kot dormitory on 21 August. I tried almost every way to reach them, but they did not return any of my messages. At the end of my efforts, after 45 days they sent me an e-mail saying that there was no room left. They kept me waiting for 45 days just to say that there was no room available. If you are coming Brugge as an exchange student, do not even think about staying in Bkot. Ireally can't believe how such carelesness can happen.

      • - Josefien Pattyn was very unprofessional from our first meeting, she did not contacted through candidature process, internal system bugs uploading documents, still she didn't contacted us to inform about the system bugs. She doesn't reply to phone calls, emails and on our second meeting at another property she replies that she was busy... This person acts in unprofessional manner and do not know how to talk to a clients. Very disappointed with her duty of work and would not recommend to have any business with her in future. Her approach was very rasist and careless. I still don't understand how she have managed to work in such huge company with such behaviour!!!

      • + I was really pleased with the service provided by Dewaele. They respond quickly to requests, answer emails, pick up the phone. The administration work after signing the contract went very well with their support, the app and organized information packages made the whole process was smooth. Josefien Pattyn's guidance and assistance made the rental procedure really easy for me. Highly recommended!

      • + We recently bought an apartment in the old town center of Bruges through Immo Dewaele (December 2021). My wife and I were very happy with the service we got from Florian in our search. We thought he was very professional, friendly and down to earth. He showed us several properties and was open to our own suggestions. He never tried to oversell any property and gave us, what we thought was, a good objective view. Florian was very responsive during the initial back and forth with the seller to get the initial paperwork done in time (as we had a specific deadline).
