Initial contact with the office went smoothly. Clear and concise explanation. Céline used her experience in the real estate world to sell the villa within a reasonable period (5 months).
Since it is an older home (built in 1970) and many things need to be renovated, she advised us to lower the price slightly, so that a buyer was found fairly quickly.
