Despite the turbulent period in the housing market (constantly rising interest rates, expectant buyers), real estate agent Marco van Mourik has kept a cool head. Partly due to the traditionally quieter holiday period and perhaps also due to the departure of fellow real estate agent Joost, the sale took a little longer than I had hoped, but we have kept in regular contact about the chosen strategy. He carefully discussed each buyer's proposal with me, pointed out the pros and cons and ultimately let me make the decision. Marco responds promptly to contact requests, although I would have preferred a slightly more proactive attitude from the office. We once bought our first house through Dolron, and we already had a great experience with the involvement and openness/honesty of the employees. We recently moved and once again we decided to take the usual route and work with Dolron for both the sale and purchase of our house. The experience is once again great. Marco (the real estate agent) perfectly conveyed Dolron's goals and ensured a smooth and stress-free sale and purchase of our home. The Dolron reception staff are also very friendly and will call immediately if there is anything wrong so that you can respond quickly.
