Very misleading broker.
Rough in the mouth and brutal, no knowledge of the matter.
Has often sold houses to handymen to be able to sell it again as soon as possible for mega prices.
Not worthy of a star.
Too bad a lot of people don't bother to say it.

Had a good appraisal last year (hence the 2 stars and none). This year I applied again for the same house. The quote with the standard price was available within 24 hours. After more than a week after asking twice, I have not yet received the answer whether an adjusted price was possible because most of the work was already done last year. Unfortunately, a simple no would have been good too, now I had to arrange someone else.
