Terrible place. Not only does it not technically provide security (the rescue door was blocked, therefore, in case of fire or other disasters, it would not be possible to rescue), they also do not comply with the contract. Complete lack of responsibility and disrespect for their tenants. They do not provide security, write off extra money for utilities without providing evidence, do not return deposits.
And if you end the contract with them, you will find a huge disgust for this organization of scammers, because not only will you not receive your deposit, but you will be given a huge amount as an extra payment for their terrible unprofessional irresponsible services. Don't fall into their trap. Don't take their kots. They will ask you for huge sums. And no matter how economically you use water, gas and electricity. They will still charge you money. Great organisation that helps student in Brussels.
Personally I tried their study places platform and it is amazing, with a variety of available place around Brussels. I liked that some places are available in the summer, the weekends and for the whole day from 8:00-23:00. Some Places offers nice facilities too, like: Coffee, Water, Microwave, Fridge... etc. So I totally recommend checking their platform out if you are a student.
Also, they have a lot of guidelines and tips for students like: mobility, living, studying... etc. They even offer 50% discount on the first year of Villo subscription!
