      • - I do not recommend you to rent an apartment with this agency for the many reasons i will summarize here lower. I rent a flat for one year in Spiegelrei number 6 and the place looked nice at the first shot. In fact, there is a lot of moisture in it and you can hear every step of the neighbors because of the bad isolation. For the moisture, i contacted the agency a couple of times and they weren't taking it seriously. It took them around 6 months to come and cover the humidity with some paintings (just a way to hide the problem from the next tenant). By the way, the wooden stairs were very slippery and I ask them if they could clean it. After a while they did it with a carcher machine and left all the dirt on the walls. The agency is basically trying to get any tenant for these flats.. So some of ypur neighbors might be junkies or alcoholics sitting outside all day and night talking loudly on their phone. Stubbe neither cares about its tenant nor the apartments.

      • - Awful! I call to make appointment, they ask me to send mail for thes. I sent mail, they answered that i should to call for appointment.!!! Ouneers of woning knows that you don't do anything to find renter for there house???
