The house I bought was being sold by LTC Vastgoedadvies. First impression was relatively good. Easy to make an appointment and friendly staff at the first meetings.
It was only after signing the bid that lies and important missing info came to the surface:
* They told us the house had double glass everywhere. This was a lie, since we had to pay 5000 euro to replace single glass windows in some parts of the house.
* At no point did they tell us that the road behind our house was only accessible due to an agreement between the city and the previous owners. We would have to renegotiate this agreement. - This alone was enough reason for me not to buy this house, yet it was downplayed to oblivion by both the agency and the previous home owners.
Then came the sales agreement. Of course, everything needs to go fast. Of course, our notary was hard to contact in a short amount of time. He was, however, able to suggest to remove a few specific items from the sales agreement, because they were normally not included in a sales agreement and only put additional risk on us as buyers. When asked to adjust the sales agreement, the LTC staff was really rude and lacked any sort of empathy.
If you like making people's lives horrible: ask this company to sell your property. If you don't: find another company or sell the property yourself.
