Would give zero stars if possible. There was a mix-up over the exact time of the visit. After a trip of an hour and half, and waiting there for a while, and not seeing anyone at the apartment, I called them. They were very unfriendly and told me nothing could be done. They told me the appointment was 2 hours ago. Yet they didn't call me when I didn't show. I tried to explain that there must have been a misunderstanding, and they told me I probably misunderstood the exact hour because of my French. I told them that I wrote it down properly, and even talked with them on the phone the day itself to confirm the visit. They never even sent me an sms or a confirmation email, I didn't even have a cell phone number. They didn't suggest a new date and they tried to hang up as quickly as they could. I tried to ask if there was some sort of solution, and wanted to know whether I could maybe come at a different date. They said it was probably sold already, and that in the off chance that it wasn't, I should call next week. Then they just hung up. I get that there can be a misunderstanding, but not looking for a solution is not okay. If they would have been friendly or forthcoming, and better organized from the start, it would have been a completely different experience.

As buyers, we had an unpleasant experience with this agency. From the first visit, the agent gave us unsolicited advice on the sales process and notary communication. However, when we asked a question about the seller's part, she gave us inaccurate information without checking the facts with the seller. This inaccurate information was about to cause 2-4 weeks of delay in the signature of the deed. Moreover, she mentioned that her client is the seller. Apparently, the agent only cares about the seller and doesn't care about providing a quality service to the buyer cause " it is not her job."
