En daar profiteren onze klanten van, want onze expertise van hun buurt zorgt voor een snellere verkoop aan de juiste prijs.

    We snappen als geen ander dat een huis een thuis is. Waar je leeft. Waar je opgroeit. Waar je geluk en rust vindt. Een huis is naast een verhaal van centen, nog meer een verhaal van mensen. Daarom stellen we steeds onze klanten centraal. Hun bekommernissen zijn onze bekommernissen. Expertise staat niet gelijk aan afstandelijk zijn. Efficiënt betekent niet stijf.       • + D. Helped us enormously with the sale of our house. After many problems at another real estate company that ended after 6 months, the switch to Era Vandille Brugge alleviated the problem enormously. They sold our house in less than a month and followed up with you carefully and everything. If it were up to us, our dear Real Estate Agent D. would get a promotion! What the other real estate agent did not think about or withheld, all came to light thanks to Era Vandille, so that we could quickly do everything for the sale. My husband and I are D. Still very Grateful. And hopefully we will see him again at our new home one day!!!

      • + I recently rented a home from ERA Vandille and I received excellent service. From the visit until after the signing of the contract, everything was very correct and clear. Plenty of time was also taken to fully explain the rental agreement. Everyone in the office was also super friendly and nothing was too much for them. Definitely recommended!

      • + I never write reviews, but this one is worth it to help other people with their search. If we ever sell a house again it will be with them! Detlef and Matthias (and their team). When we searched for an agent to sell our house, it quickly became clear that the estimates for our house were way off the official report estimate and agents simply want to sell as much as possible. Our house was a construction site (total renovation project). We had a lot of questions, but we got vague answers and ended up leaving with more questions (most of them). When we visited real estate Era (Detlef and Matthias), it was a completely different story. Everything that needed to be done was ready, all the prices were ready, all the similar properties they had sold were ready, in short, they were prepared and had knowledge of similar properties. Always straight forward and we knew what to expect. All our questions were answered before we even asked, it was a relief to know what was coming our way. We were on the same wavelength and they knew what they were doing. We had already settled on the fact that it would take more than 6 months, finding the right buyer would be a challenge as it was not move-in ready and required a lot of work. After just over 2 months the house was sold, and I tell you the house was really not the easiest to sell because it needed to be completely renovated. During every visit, we received an email with how things went, the communication went as you would expect and as it should. Even when his colleague took over for a while, he was fully informed and we didn't have to worry about anything. Perfect teamwork. We could start moving in peace and Era took care of the rest. Detlef and Matthias are driven people who know what they are doing, how to put you at ease, who know what customers expect in terms of communication, including with potential buyers, were clear and also answered their questions. In short, they were the ideal, perfect real estate agents for us! Another big thank you to Detlef and Matthias for everything you have done for us, our sales and all the hassle surrounding it.
