    Wij - van DREAMHOME - zijn een gedreven en ervaren team van vastgoed professionals.

    Ons dream team is al meer dan 15 jaar thuis in de verkoop van onroerend goed, en dat in de omgeving van Midden-Limburg, vanuit onze vestigingen, in Leopoldsburg en Hasselt.

    We nemen letterlijk alles uit handen en zorgen voor een verkoop aan de beste prijs.

    Succesvol bemiddelen, dat doen we op onze eigen manier. Uniek hierbij zijn onze verschillende verkoopformules, waaruit je als eigenaar kan kiezen. Meer weten? We lichten dit graag toe in een persoonlijk gesprek. Want persoonlijke service, dat vinden we heel belangrijk.

      • - Negative experience. - As a buyer, we have signed a contract twice where, after our signature, the seller first did not agree to what was in the contract of you as a real estate agent. (Normally the seller must first agree to this before letting the buyers sign...) Signed a second time after which the seller suddenly did not want to sign anymore after everything was left to take its course for far too long. - Little knowledge of sold (construction) land. (The land was sold on the basis that the plot could be reached via two access roads. After my own inquiries, it turned out that 1 access road was owned by the Defense Department and was not allowed to be used.) - Lack of communication/language skills. Unfortunately, we were kept on the line for a few days because the file was taken over by a colleague who did not speak English/French to communicate properly with the sellers - who in turn no longer wanted it. Shame...
