Totally unhelpful. No communication when renovations are underway for months at a time (noise every day from morning to evening). Pipes are not insulated (although we reported this after having a technician come) and therefore pay blue energy costs.
With every defect in the building, I was afraid that they would find something that was our fault, so we always had to pay the costs.
Definitely NOT recommended.

very unpleasant person very rude unprofessional. I had an appointment at 10 am and no one came. I called and was told that I had to be there at 9 am.... no, this mistake was made by the real estate office. so after a second appointment I am told that they are not going to rent to me that they are the owners that there will be 5 candidates waiting outside if I don't say so. who would still want to rent to such a real estate office with such arrogance... that is just abuse of power people need a home... otherwise they would never allow themselves to act like that

Not such a positive experience. During my visit to an apartment, the real estate agent seemed very absent. He was mostly texting/scrolling on his cell phone. Towards the end this was better, and he provided sufficient information about the candidacy.
We didn't have the apartment in the end. No problem. I did send another email to ask for feedback; why was the other candidate chosen over us? Such feedback can only help us further in our search for an apartment. Unfortunately, no further response was received. Shame!
