      • - A company to boycott! Please avoid any apartment owned or "managed" by OP! They won't help, the won't reply, they won't solve anything! When you call them (available 3 hrs a day!), they're only able to cheat you by replying at the phone to forward them an email (that they systematically ignore) describing the same problem you're already raising since months. This is particularly true if you're so unlucky to deal with Mr. T.V., whose full name will be disclosed soon.

      • - Very poor services. Not reachable and no accountability in their account. I got my property managed by them and poor accounting reports and a manager who did not report on the propriety foe2 years ! And you pay heavy fees!!! Avoid avoid

      • - At first I gave one star without explanation but since OP asks me to write why I am dissatisfied...: You have been a bad syndic since day 1, taking limited responsibility for all actions. All communication was in French despite being Dutch speaking and living in an apartment in Brussels. Only after repeatedly asking to have Dutch mails, I finally received them. Luckily our building switched to a new syndic but there was no information transfer or whatsoever to the new syndic. Our building is without electricity since multiple days because the bills arrived at your office and were not transferred. You failed to communicate to Engie that you don't represent our building anymore. Residents can simply not enter the building anymore without calling a neighbour to come down and open the door. People who are not mobile, kids, pregnant residents,..: bad luck, take the stairs. I don't feel like spending much more time about this, but I could go on about how all the troubles with the elevator, the garage door,... were (not) managed. There is a complaint against you with the Institut Professionnel des Agents Immobiliers, good luck with it.

      • - Advice: go to their office if you have an issue, because they won’t answer your calls nor emails. I wish I could give them a 0 out of 5 because they don’t even deserve the one star. I had leakages and other issues for months and they didn’t reply my calls or emails. Eventually I had to go to their office to demand a solution. Few months later I got a ridiculously high water bill and of course they don’t want to take responsibility. The people that work there are incredibly unprofessional and extremely rude, 0/10 recommend this agency.

      • - The most incompetent and unprofessional company I've ever had to deal with in Belgium. I had a renting contract with OP representing the owner, which ended 1st of August. Until this day I still haven't received my rental deposit back. I had to demand myself every decompte de charge and every proof of the expenses that they were charging me. In the first months after the end of the contract I couldn't even find a person to talk to: the company email box published on the website is unfunctional, all email contacts that I previously had were returning answers that the person is not working there anymore and at the phone I was passed from one person to another without anybody sending me the final accounts. And when I finally got them, the calculations were wrong with 200 EUR, of course in their favour, and I had to demand again for proofs of the amounts that I was charged. The final drop is now waiting for more than 2 weeks just to have the bank form filled in with the information necessary to release the deposit. I wonder if this company actually still exist or it is a ghost ....
