1 week after leaving the rental property, after insisting, receive a black and white copy of the description of the place upon leaving. 3 weeks later I received a completely different version with much higher amounts. They get the maximum out of it when they leave their rental property. Unfortunately, a tenant cannot do much against the elite.

I made an appointment on Wednesday to look at an apartment. On the day itself they let me know that it will be ten minutes later. That in itself is not a problem. When I arrived at the apartment I was told that the lock on the door was broken and I could not view the apartment.
I think that if the advertisement has been on Alex Lenaerts' website since the beginning of October, then this problem should already have been known. In addition, I also think that an Alex Lenaerts employee should check everything a day in advance or a few hours in advance before receiving people. This way these problems could be prevented.
I came from far away especially to view this apartment. Then getting the message that you can't get in is just nonsense to me.
Update:
I was invited this morning to come and look at the apartment that same evening. Thomas —the real estate agent— was very friendly, professional and answered all my questions. I thought that was great! Although I am not sure if I will be allowed to rent the apartment, I am willing to increase my one star rating to four stars.
