Horrible service. They gave me wrong information regarding my immigration and then didn’t let me board the flight. Then when I tried to call them it’s 2-3 hrs wait time. They didn’t help me book new flight and no response on email and calling them was useless as I was just on hold for like 3 hrs. Never fly with them.

Well thanks air France for selling me a ticket for a non existent af5003 flight completely wasting hours of organising, hotel costs, pre booked airport parking, getting up at 4am, and finding out only at the airport that not only was it cancelled, but has been since over a week BEFORE you sold me the ticket last night. You knew all along there would be no flight. Clowns

Staff is very friendly even at 7AM. Check-in was quick and easy all the way to my end destination. There is a very comfortable lounge which is well heated in the winter. It made the waiting very pleasant. Overall I'm very happy with the service and glad this option exists.

This is the check in area for Air France Rail+Flight tickets, and includes a *very small* sitting area as you exit the queue, which is apparently the "lounge" - the only advantage I could see to waiting there versus the remainder of the station is a slightly lower chance of having your wallet or luggage disappear, although there are no stores or cafes at that end of the station. It otherwise resembles a very small airport check in queue. It is at the south end of the station, and it is only accessible from Rue de l'Instruction or by going to platform 5/6 from the main station area and then taking the lift at the south end of the platform down to ground level.
