      • - What was supposed to be a beautiful and high-quality project literally falls into the water. - Photo 1 The water in front of the door - Photo 2 The water behind a "temporary dike" - The solution ==> retaining walls - Photo 3 Answer from Dyls It's something when reviews get reported and need to be rewritten. (This is because of ''guidelines'') Oh well, I'll start again. Bought a house from the Fondatel Project in 2021 that is sold by Dyls. After experiencing delays, we lost money by not taking out the loan. Dyls regretted this and offered compensation for which he was grateful. When the construction was completed, a bigger problem was identified than the delay. Namely water, we knew that our plot was going to be sloping compared to our neighbor at the back, but in reality this is considerably higher, with a height difference of +-17cm measured from the street side. Towards the end of our plot this is a piece of cake at a length of 38m. As you can see in the photo, we are talking about a gigantic site where we are the lowest point, all the water flows down to us and collects at our back door. (You read this carefully THIS IS NOT GROUNDWATER) The buffer that you also see in the photo will most likely disappear after the construction of the adjacent houses, so later this water will also have to pass through our garden. After speaking to an employee several times about this incident, their position remains the same and they say from higher up that, to our indignation, we should install this retaining wall ourselves at our expense. Even if we were to install our retaining wall ourselves, the 4 adjacent houses would also have to do this, otherwise it would be of no use. After further investigation, we hear the same thing from many neighbors. Paid too much for what you get.
