      • - Very mixed opinion at this stage. The structural work is only being completed on our site, two months late and construction which has already started 3 months behind the deadline initially announced. The sales representative told us that we would be there by December 2023. It is February 2024, and the roof is still not in place. Although the construction appears to be of good quality in the opinion of our architect, the deadlines are excessively long. In conclusion, if it is important to you to have it built within a reasonable time frame, you might as well be warned when balancing the proposed specifications.

From the rigorous, upright and honest salesperson, to the high-quality tradesmen, to the available site manager and excellent communication, we are delighted with our experience with DOMUS so far.       • + Super follow-up from the start of the project to the end of production. No questions left unanswered. The architect we had is independent and therefore not influenced in any way, which is not the case in all “turnkey” house construction companies. Deadlines respected for construction, and no defects. This is due to the numerous visits by the architect and site coordinator Domus.
