      • - Experience following a rental. Agency fees far too high and much higher than the price of the rent. Agency with civil servant schedules that thinks our lives revolve around it. To believe that we do not have the right to have a job or children to make their visits. We had the opportunity to speak by telephone with the manager following a problem that the agent had not been able to resolve. He was very haughty and arrogant, without giving us a solution. I would like to point out that we received a property with many spiders, but also maggots in the toilets and other fabulous creatures. A property with numerous traces of dirt and friction. We had to receive compensation for restoration, in vain…. Fortunately the owner was accommodating and available.

      • + Good evening to all for my part being a customer at Max'Invest I must admit that the professionalism that I have encountered whether for the tenant or the owner is very careful now it is true that an agency cannot please everyone the world but hey it's the same for all agencies but I would give a little extra for this one. I am only at my first impressions, the following will follow if I have to add comments 😀

      • - Hi everyone, I strongly advise against this property. Unprofessional, liars, don't keep their promises and much more. And if you post a comment on their Facebook page that they don't like, it will be deleted and you will then be blocked. Just childish. Max invest, there is still a lot of work for you!! My experience I've had with them is the following. At the beginning of June, I saw a house for rent on their website. First time calling Nicolas said I will call you back tomorrow for an appointment. Didn't hear Nicolas for another week. We will call back Mr. Nicolas did not have a key to the house, excuse number 1, he would then call us within a few days. Nicolas again does not call back, of course we will call back. excuse number 2 was they are still working, this would take a week. We will call back the following week. Excuse number 3 called on Wednesday, Mr. Nicolas owner said, he will be back after the weekend, call Monday for an appointment. Then on Friday we see on the website that the file is being processed for the house for which we have been calling for a month. Of course we called for an explanation, the gentleman did not answer. Sent an email and text message and received no response. After a few days we spoke to him on the phone and he said that the owner had supposedly found a tenant himself, which is absolutely not true. Gang of liars!!! Both Nicolas and John had the same experience.
