    Wij zijn Immo Top Invest, vastgoedexpert in Limburg sinds 2008. Gestart met de verkoop van vastgoed, ondertussen uitgebreid met eigen projectontwikkeling en een topservice van a tot z. We stemmen vraag en aanbod in de vastgoedmarkt nog beter op elkaar af, en ondersteunen je maximaal in de zoektocht naar kopers voor je vastgoed, nieuwe woning of appartement.

    Daan Mullens richtte Immo Top Invest op 27-jarige leeftijd op, niet veel later stapte zijn vrouw Sabrina Govaerts mee in het verhaal. Ondertussen groeiden we uit tot een team van 25 professionele medewerkers, die elke dag klaar staan voor zowel particulieren als professionele investeerders.

      • - /edit: maybe a somewhat harsh initial assessment (see below), but selling a house is in my opinion just a little more than taking pictures and calling around. If they put a price on it, I expect that they can/try to achieve this, so that both parties (preferably all 3) are satisfied/ Not a good experience with Immo Top Invest. To speed up the sale of my house, they convinced me by lying about the age of the buyers. They were supposedly in their 50s and it was more difficult to get (a higher) loan, so they couldn't make my counteroffer. When I signed it, I saw that they were both in their mid-40s. For ITI this saved several hundred euros, for me several thousand.
