Very unprofessional, called for an appointment. Had a lady on the phone. She answered very rudely. In the middle of the conversation she was just talking to an employee. Without apologizing to her. Only to say very rudely afterwards: I will call you back! And lays off!
After a 2nd conversation she called me back. Back from the same. Very rude and unprofessional/ confused exactly.
If we want to buy a house as a couple, you expect at least professional service! We are not talking about a loaf of bread that you buy for 2.5 euros in the store, but about a house! (where you will receive an even friendlier welcome even at the bakery 😉) worth thousands of euros. So here's to... 👋 goodbye and thank you 🙏 never again.
